Information Stored by Luck LoopLuck Loop is designed to store your personal app activity locally on your device.Depending on the features you use, this may include information such as:* experiments you start, complete, skip, or save;
* experiment history and favorites;
* journal entries and reflections you choose to create;
* Chance & Signs observations;
* your responses about whether an experience felt unexpected, positive, interesting, meaningful, or lucky;
* streak and activity information;
* custom experiments, if you create them;
* app preferences and settings; and
* locally generated personal patterns based on your activity.This information is used to provide Luck Loop's features on your device.## 2. AccountsLuck Loop does not require you to create a Luck Loop account.We do not require a username, password, or social-media login to use the app.## 3. Our ServersLuck Loop is designed to operate without a Luck Loop account or remote database for your personal Loop.Luck Loop does not send your personal Loop, journal entries, experiment history, or Chance & Signs observations to a Luck Loop server.Your personal app data is stored locally on your device.Please note that device backups and other services provided by Apple may be governed by your Apple settings and Apple's own privacy practices.## 4. Analytics, Advertising, and TrackingLuck Loop does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not display third-party advertisements.Luck Loop is not designed to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.Luck Loop does not use your personal Loop for behavioral advertising.If these practices change in a future version, this Privacy Policy and applicable App Store privacy disclosures will be updated accordingly.## 5. Artificial Intelligence and External Content ServicesLuck Loop's core features do not require an external artificial-intelligence account or service.The app's built-in experiments, educational material, chance activities, and related content are designed to operate locally without sending your personal entries to an external AI provider.## 6. PurchasesLuck Loop may offer an optional one-time purchase called Luck Loop+ through Apple's In-App Purchase system.Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Luck Loop does not directly collect or store your payment-card information.Apple's handling of purchase and account information is governed by Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies.## 7. NotificationsLuck Loop may offer optional local notifications, such as a reminder about your daily experiment.Luck Loop requests notification permission only if you choose to enable a feature that requires notifications.You can change notification permissions at any time through your device settings.## 8. Data Sharing and SaleLuck Loop does not sell your personal Loop information.Luck Loop does not rent your personal Loop information to advertisers.Luck Loop does not share your journal entries or experiment history with advertisers.## 9. Data Retention and DeletionBecause Luck Loop's personal app information is stored locally, it generally remains on your device until it is deleted through an available reset/delete feature, removed as part of deleting the app, or otherwise affected by your device or backup settings.Luck Loop includes a Reset My Loop feature for deleting applicable local Loop history and personal records from within the app.Deleting local Luck Loop data does not cancel or erase an App Store purchase entitlement associated with your Apple Account.Because Luck Loop does not maintain a user account or server-side copy of your personal Loop, there generally is no Luck Loop server account or corresponding personal Loop database for us to delete on your behalf.## 10. Your ChoicesYou control whether to:* participate in an experiment;
* skip or replace an experiment;
* create journal entries;
* record observations;
* save favorites;
* enable notifications; or
* reset your local Loop.Luck Loop is intended to give you control over your experience.## 11. Children's PrivacyLuck Loop is not specifically directed to children under 13.We do not knowingly operate a Luck Loop account system or intentionally collect personal information from children through a Luck Loop server.Parents and guardians should determine whether the app is appropriate for a child in accordance with applicable laws, App Store age ratings, and family preferences.## 12. Security and Device ResponsibilityLuck Loop uses the storage and security mechanisms available through iOS for its local app data.No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device, Apple Account, device passcode, and backups.## 13. Changes to This Privacy PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy when Luck Loop changes or when legal, technical, or regulatory requirements change.When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.Material changes may also be communicated through the app or App Store where appropriate.## 14. What Luck Loop IsLuck Loop is a personal experimentation, reflection, entertainment, and lifestyle application.The app provides activities, prompts, chance tools, observations, educational material, journaling features, and other experiences intended to encourage curiosity, attention, exploration, routine changes, serendipity, and personal reflection.Luck Loop may discuss concepts such as luck, chance, synchronicity, serendipity, intention, manifestation, attention, coincidence, and related ideas.## 2. No Guarantee of Luck or OutcomesLuck Loop does not guarantee that using the app will:* make you luckier;
* cause a desired event to occur;
* manifest a particular outcome;
* produce synchronicities;
* change external reality;
* improve finances, relationships, health, employment, or other circumstances; or
* produce any particular result.Experiments and other activities are invitations to explore possibilities, not promises of outcomes.Nothing unusual happening is still a valid result.## 3. Personal Responsibility and SafetyYou are responsible for deciding whether an experiment, Lucky Move, Chaos activity, suggestion, or other activity is safe and appropriate for your circumstances.Use reasonable judgment.Do not use Luck Loop as encouragement to engage in:* illegal activity;

* dangerous driving or distracted driving;
* reckless behavior;
* harassment;
* unwanted confrontation;
* substance misuse;
* unsafe dares;

Chance Tools and Random DecisionsLuck Loop may include tools such as a coin flip, die, random number generator, A/B choice, Random Picker, Chance & Signs, or other randomized experiences.These tools are intended for entertainment and harmless, low-stakes choices.Do not rely on Luck Loop's random or chance-based tools to make medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions.Randomness does not constitute professional advice or evidence that a particular choice is correct.## 6. Not Professional AdviceLuck Loop does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, emergency, or other professional advice.Information provided by Luck Loop is for general informational, entertainment, and personal-reflection purposes.If you need professional advice, consult an appropriately qualified professional.## 7. Luck Loop+Luck Loop may offer an optional premium upgrade called Luck Loop+.Luck Loop+ is intended to be offered as a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase through Apple's App Store unless otherwise clearly stated in the purchase interface.The price displayed in the App Store purchase interface at the time of purchase controls.Luck Loop+ may unlock additional content or features, such as expanded experiments, Chaos Mode, expanded Lucky Moves, expanded Chance & Signs, custom experiments, additional patterns, or other premium functionality.Purchasing Luck Loop+ does not provide “better luck” and does not guarantee different real-world outcomes.Purchases, refunds, payment processing, and applicable App Store purchase rules are handled in accordance with Apple's applicable terms and policies.## 8. Availability and ChangesWe may improve, modify, add, remove, or discontinue app features or content over time.We may update experiments, educational material, visual design, compatibility, or other aspects of Luck Loop.We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available forever or function on every future device or operating-system version.Where reasonable, we will seek to preserve the core experience and previously purchased premium functionality.## 9. Local DataLuck Loop is designed primarily as a local-first application.You are responsible for maintaining your device and any backups you choose to use.Deleting Luck Loop, resetting local app information, losing access to a device, or changing device or backup configurations may result in loss of locally stored information.We are not responsible for locally stored information that is lost because of device loss, deletion, reset, operating-system behavior, backup configuration, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.## 10. Intellectual PropertyLuck Loop, including its original branding, design, written content, experiments, educational material, interface elements, and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.Your use of the app does not transfer ownership of Luck Loop or its content to you.You may use the app for your own lawful personal use.You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, or commercially exploit substantial portions of Luck Loop's proprietary content except where permitted by applicable law or with permission from the rights holder.## 11. Acceptable UseYou agree not to intentionally:* interfere with the operation or security of the app;
* use the app in violation of applicable law;
* attempt to misuse purchase functionality;
* copy or commercially redistribute substantial proprietary app content without authorization; or

Third-Party ServicesSome functionality may depend on services provided by Apple, including the App Store, StoreKit, device notifications, iOS, and related platform services.Those services are governed by Apple's applicable terms and policies.Luck Loop is not responsible for interruptions or changes to third-party platform services outside our reasonable control.## 13. Disclaimer of WarrantiesTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luck Loop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.We do not warrant that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system configuration.Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.## 14. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Luck Loop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, and activities undertaken in response to app content.Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.## 15. Apple App StoreIf you download Luck Loop through Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also subject to applicable Apple terms, including the applicable Apple end-user license agreement and App Store terms.These Terms supplement rather than replace rights and obligations that cannot be modified under applicable Apple terms or applicable law.## 16. Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms when Luck Loop changes or when legal, technical, or regulatory requirements change.The “Last Updated” date will identify the latest version.Continued use of Luck Loop after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.## 17.
